Chac Hal Al condominiums were the first to be built after the conception of Puerto Aventuras in the mid 1980's. A U shaped complex is composed of several 4 story individual buildings, half of which face the ocean and the other half facing the marina. The complex is located on the north end of the main beach on Fatima Bay.
The buildings are identified by letter, with B, C, D, E, and F being Caribbean beach front units. Building A is on the point facing the north entrance of the marina. Buildings G, H, I and J face the Puerto Aventuras marina.
There are two pools at Chac Hal Al; the main pool faces the ocean and is a zero entry style, excellent for families with young children requiring adult supervision. There are shade palapas and loungers for guest use only surrounding the pool and along the beach front areas. The second pool on the north end of the complex offers a little more privacy as it garners less usage. The coral reef that protects the bay offers exceptional snorkeling. Kayaks are available for rent next door at the Omni hotel.
The condominium interiors vary in style and decor reflecting the taste of the individual owners. All have full kitchens, air conditioning, satellite TV and open air terraces or patios. Other amenities will vary, please check individual listings for specifics.
