The eight individual condominiums consist of 14 "Original Casitas" which will accommodate 5 guests (2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths), and 4 "Larger Casitas" (2 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths) which will accommodate 6 guests. The "larger" condos have an extra half bath on the main floor and a view of Akumal Bay from the balcony of the master bedroom. All are fully air conditioned with spacious living areas featuring a glass sliding door that looks out on to a private bay side/garden courtyard. The units all also have fully equipped kitchens, see amenities. Quality and location make Las Casitas tough to beat and they book up rather quickly.

Each of the Las Casitas units enjoys beautiful views of the Caribbean and private ocean side courtyard surrounded by tropical foliage and palm trees. Each courtyard is well furnished and makes the perfect setting for enjoying morning coffee, lunches, evening drinks or dinners.

Guests of Las Casitas enjoy a private tennis court and semi-private sandy beach areas in front of the shaded courtyards along Akumal Bay. These are great spots for sun-bathing, building sand castles and makes a very easy entry point into Akumal Bay for swimming or snorkeling. Safety buoys clearly mark the swimming and snorkeling area, making this an excellent choice for families traveling with children.
