Unit A3 is most fondly remembered by past guests for its large deck, welcoming décor and incredibly immaculate rooms. The owner of this three bedroom penthouse condo on the third floor is a stylish decorator who has created the kind of family atmosphere and happy environment your family will never want to leave behind. From the minute you walk in to the cool entrance of the passageway and spot the endless ocean through the living room, you will feel glad you found the right place to create unforgettable memories. As you throw your bags to one side and venture to the deck, feel free to sit a while on one of the hammocks and take in the sound of the Caribbean crashing on the rocky, coral shore below you. As dinner time approaches, we feel sure that your every requirement will be met by this well equipped kitchen that includes a toaster, a range oven, a microwave, purified drinking water, all the cutlery and crockery you'll need for up to twelve guests and a coffee maker for that sunrise refreshment. The large living room with wall to wall, floor to ceiling views of the Caribbean is kept cool with a mosaic stone tiled floor and ceiling fans. The air conditioning in each of the three bedrooms is powerful enough to cool the entire condo on those warm tropical days. The living room is equipped with a CD player (with and i-Pod docking station) and Direct TV for those lazy evenings of full stomachs and togetherness. The second bedroom has a stunning palapa roof, two double beds, sliders to a jungle terrace, and Caribbean views as well as its own bathroom. The central bedroom offers striking décor and ocean views, with 2 doubles. With three bathrooms, we feel sure that there will be little fighting amongst your family at bath time. Unit B1 is a ground floor unit at Mi Casa Del Mar, on the north side, center. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom air conditioned condo is just steps from the multi layer infinity pool. The living area has fantastic views of the grass and pool, as it faces out to the sea. The architecture and stone enhances the decor throughout the condominium. The master bedroom has a king bed, 2 large windows and a roman style jacuzzi tub, and the second bedroom also has a king. Both bedrooms are air conditioned and all rooms offer ceiling fans. The covered patio has a padded bench for lounging, and a table for dining. It is steps away from the pool and a large outdoor palapa; great places for an afternoon siesta while listening to the waves break on the shoreline.

Unit B6 has been decorated with such attention to detail that you will likely feel that you have arrived home. The open plan of the kitchen and living room welcomes you as you step on to its cool floors and make yourself at home. When you step out on to the balcony, you will be glad that you chose to stay in a condo that is high enough for you to view the endless Caribbean, but close enough to the pool that you can make multiple trips back and forth through out the day without wearing yourself out. Outdoor armchairs and a coffee table will bring the indoors out for you to enjoy the sounds of the Caribbean in comfort. After an afternoon of cooking in the well equipped kitchen, surround yourself with family and friends at the dining table where there is plenty of space for everyone. For those of you who just might spend too much time in the sun, rest assured that the living room will comfort your sun burn and the TV will entertain you while you recover enough to join the sun again.
