2BR Unit Descriptions

Unit A1 is a two bedroom, ground floor condo very close to the beautiful infinity pool with its breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea. A1 is most popular among families with small children, not only because this is a ground floor unit, but also because a porta-crib, high-chair and stroller are available for guest use. Each of the bedrooms has a king bed and private bathroom along with air conditioning for those hot Mexican nights. Beautifully decorated and meticulously maintained, A1 can accommodate 4 adults in the bedrooms and an additional guest on the futon. The built in sofa can also accommodate up to 2 children. This is not recommended for anyone over the age of about ten. The living room is spacious and cool with its tile floors. Satellite TV and a CD player are on hand for rainy day entertainment. Hammocks are provided for both indoor and outdoor relaxation. The outdoor patio is furnished for outdoor dining and Caribbean daydreaming. The kitchen is very well equipped with a dining service for 8, an extra large toaster, a microwave, fridge and, of course, purified drinking water.

Unit B1 is a ground floor unit at Mi Casa Del Mar, on the north side, center. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom air conditioned condo is just steps from the multi layer infinity pool. The living area has fantastic views of the grass and pool, as it faces out to the sea. The architecture and stone enhances the decor throughout the condominium. The master bedroom has a king bed, 2 large windows and a roman style jacuzzi tub, and the second bedroom also has a king. Both bedrooms are air conditioned and all rooms offer ceiling fans. The covered patio has a padded bench for lounging, and a table for dining. It is steps away from the pool and a large outdoor palapa; great places for an afternoon siesta while listening to the waves break on the shoreline.

Unit B5 is a ground floor unit at Mi Casa Del Mar, on the north side. This unit is not always available for rent. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has a bright living area with views of the grass and pool, as it faces out to the sea. The architecture and stone enhances the decor throughout the condominium. The naranja master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom is flexible offering both a double bed plus a twin. Both bedrooms are air conditioned and all rooms offer ceiling fans. The covered patio is steps away from the pool and a large outdoor palapa; great places for an afternoon siesta while listening to the waves break on the shoreline.

Unit B6 has been decorated with such attention to detail that you will likely feel that you have arrived home. The open plan of the kitchen and living room welcomes you as you step on to its cool floors and make yourself at home. When you step out on to the balcony, you will be glad that you chose to stay in a condo that is high enough for you to view the endless Caribbean, but close enough to the pool that you can make multiple trips back and forth through out the day without wearing yourself out. Outdoor armchairs and a coffee table will bring the indoors out for you to enjoy the sounds of the Caribbean in comfort. After an afternoon of cooking in the well equipped kitchen, surround yourself with family and friends at the dining table where there is plenty of space for everyone. For those of you who just might spend too much time in the sun, rest assured that the living room will comfort your sun burn and the TV will entertain you while you recover enough to join the sun again. Each of the two bedrooms have a king bed for absolute comfort and space. And you will not need to worry about the Mexican heat, as air conditioning will take care of everything that the Caribbean breeze cannot. Two bathrooms also help ensure that couples spend less time waiting and more time enjoying their surroundings. No doubt, B6 will provide you with the kind of relaxing vacation you were hoping for when you left home.

Unit B7 is a second floor unit at Mi Casa Del Mar, center north side, set back and protected from the elements. This fantastic air conditioned 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has a spacious living area filled with the sunny views of the groomed grounds facing out to the sea. The rich colors of Mexico are enhanced by the detailed stonework and colorful furniture throughout the condominium. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, couch, jungle terrace with sliders and private bath. The second bedroom offers a king also, with Caribbean views. Both bedrooms are air conditioned and all rooms offer ceiling fans to enhance the wonderful ocean breezes, enabling you to sleep to the sounds of the sea vs the a/c if you choose. The extremely large semi covered patio looks out over the green grass, the infinity pool and out to the azure Caribbean. It is perfect for outdoor living with a built-in daybed, dining area and loungers. The two level infinity pool has a large outdoor yard palapa, a great place for an afternoon siesta while listening to the waves break on the shoreline. Or gather with new found friends on the swings at the unstaffed bar in the grand breezeway of the entry of the building. This is a perfect place for groups.
