The living and dining areas are separated by and eating bar, from the open kitchen which has a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave oven, and several small appliances. The master suite includes a king size bed, and a large tub with a shower. The second bedroom, with it's own entrance and bath (these typically have a double and a twin bed) can be added to make a two bedroom unit. The master bedroom has folding doors that can open wide to add to the wonderful airflow and view.

Watch for turtles swimming in the Bay from your patio! A four-minute walk to the north will take you to Yalku Lagoon, for some of the finest snorkeling on the coast. A ten-minute walk to the south will put you in the heart of quaint Akumal Bay.

Enjoy other nearby activities; scuba diving, sport fishing, wind surfing, horseback riding, restaurants, shopping, cultural shows, or just leisurely days on the beach.

Villa Details

Playa Blanca 3: This is a ground floor unit, on the south side of the building, with a king in the master and two doubles in the second bedroom and all have brand new mattresses. There is air conditioning & fans in the bedrooms and the living area and wireless internet. The living room and the master has a TV/Cable/DVD, the second bedroom has TV/DVD and a small refrigerator.

Playa Blanca 6: This is a second floor unit, on the south side of the building, with a king in the master and a double plus a twin bunk bed in the second bedroom, making it great for families, as this is an unusual set-up. The king and double mattresses are pillow-tops. There is air conditioning with fans in the living area and also TV/cable/VCR/DVD/VHS movies, books, and two CD players. This unit offers a safe, beach towels, a hammock, and a fold up bed for a child in the master bedroom. The bedrooms also have a/c and fans, and the back bedroom has its own television.

All guests at Playa Blanca can enjoy the gorgeous Caribbean sunsets on the rooftop terrace. Entertain guests while you count the endless stars or enjoy the solitude gazing out over the crystal clear waters.
