Located in Aventuras Akumal, 2.7 miles south from Akumal Bay, U-Nah-Kin (sun's house in Mayan) is a 4 condo building placed just in front of one of the most beautiful beaches in Akumal's area. This white sandy beach is also one of the most visited by the turtles in the nesting season, between May and September.

With 2 bedrooms and one futon in the living area, the 2BR condo can accommodate from 1 to 5 guests. Both bedrooms have windows facing the ocean side, so you will be able to enjoy the breeze in every corner of the condo. The 1BR condo sleeps up to 3 guests.

U-Nah-Kin #3 is located in the upper left side of the building and has all the facilities of a luxury accommodation, including high speed wireless Internet signal with no extra cost.

Aventuras Akumal is one of the most tranquil and never crowded beaches in Akumal and, by the other hand, you will be from restaurants, bars, grocery stores, dive shops, ATM, shops and more, just at a short drive distance.
