The views from every room of the house are breathtaking!

The smooth dark weathered stairs welcome the guests up to the two identical upstairs air conditioned bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms (one with a rare tiled tub) and terrific balconies overlooking the azure sea. These spacious bright ocean front bedrooms have matrimonial beds (between a double and queen size mattress).

New updates to the galley kitchen and diningroom make it more functional. The house has been refinished in many areas. The guest will have the true feeling of a Mexican hacienda when staying at this charming villa. Turn on the stereo or TV to some local salsa, watch the waves roll in, and you'll know you are on vacation! Share your photos with friends and family back home via wifi.

A lovely seaside patio is surrounded by sea grape trees, palms and sand. Enjoy meals under the moonlight, or a nap in the sun on one of the many beach loungers. The house sits far enough back from the water it has it's own private beach area.

There is a palapa covered carport. Between the villaand the casita aredelightful gardens which host a bevy of tropical songbirds.

The air conditioned casita, which sits behind the villa, can house two additional two people over the Villa's 6 guests. The villa and casita can be rented together at a discount.
