The floor plan of Los Suenos is open, airy and displays brightly colored fabrics, rugs and tile of Mexico. A beautiful circular living room overlooking the ocean has built in couches and sliding glass doors leading to the covered terrace, pool and outdoor patio areas. A formal dining room and fully equipped kitchen saddle the living area. Central air conditioning will keep you cool on the warmest days if needed.

The downstairs ocean view master bedroom has a king-size bed, a built-in sleeping couch and sliding doors to the terrace. It has an en-suite master bath with a wonderful sunken tub and shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and spectacular domed "cupola" brick ceilings. Each bedroom has a built in couch, its own en-suite bath with shower and a private covered outdoor balcony. Between the two bedrooms upstairs is the family room with queen-size sofabed and a TV. Continuing on to the roof there is a spectacular sundeck to observe the stars at night or watch a great sunrise.

The home, pool and tropical gardens are maintained by a local couple who live in a nearby casita.

For those who want to do some exploring in the area there is plenty to do. Take a ferry ride out of Playa del Carmen to Cozumel for the day, play golf at the nearby Riviera Maya Golf Club, go for a jungle ATV ride, zipline, swim in cenotes and more!
