This brand new luxury penthouse is right on the beach. It has a private pool perfect for adults and kids. Ocean and beach are right infront of the pool. Coral reef wall gives you spectacular snorkeling experience right from the unit (no need to rent a boat). Reef also creates a "swimming pool" ocean perfect for your kids to safely play on the beach. The condo includes a large balcony with Jacuzzi tub overlooking ocean and starry nights. King size bed in Master, two bedrooms with queen beds and the children's room has 2 bunk beds each with additional trundle beds.
Penthouse unit is on a 4th floor with elevator. All rooms are air-conditioned. The condo and all furnishings are brand new.
Maid service is included twice a week and you can arrange for service on other days.
Adjoining Puerto Aventuras resort (5 minutes walk from the unit through the beach) has many amenities such as shopping, great restaurants, dolphin and manatee swim, coffee shops, internet cafe (bring your own laptop for free WiFi in the unit). This is a wonderful place to relax, and Puerto Aventuras is conveniently located to many of the local attractions such as Tulum, Xel Ha, Xcaret and Playa del Carmen. Taxi cabs are parked by the Marina (a 5 minute walk from the condo and convenient cab rates to the mentioned attractions US $20 at the most)
In Puerto Aventuras you can also find a convenience store for basic things. For serious grocery shopping a 15 minutes cab ride will take you to Sam’s Club or Soriana (here you can find the same things you'd find at local US stores at a very reasonable prices).
Cancun airport is 45 to 55 minutes from Puerto Aventuras.
