Our 2 Bedroom configuration is a full-featured luxury unit. Enjoy sweeping views of the ocean through the sliding glass doors and large windows in both bedrooms as well as the living room, or step out onto your terrace for a dip in the private jacuzzi. The pool is just 10 steps from your front door, and the beach is right in your front yard!

This configuration includes two bedrooms, each of which has 2 Queen size beds, as well as 2 and a half bathrooms, washer and dryer, dining room, and complete kitchen. Watch satellite or DVDs on the flat screen TV in the living room, or enjoy the TV/DVD units included with each bedroom! Unit also includes a safe for storage of your valuables.

General Area Description
Villa Oceanas location in the gated community of Puerto Aventuras, Mexico is a perfect spot for a wonderful vacation. The marina has many activities such as boating, sailing, fishing as well as organized Dolphin swims operated by Dolphin Discovery. The Marina area boasts numerous restaurants and boutique shops. Puerto Aventuras also has a nine hole golf course, soon to be eighteen that is both picturesque and challenging. Scuba diving is very popular here, and there are plenty of dive outfits to choose from. The reef protecting Fatima bay is an excellent spot for snorkeling with the kids, sea turtles and abundant marine life are plentiful. Day trips are a breeze from this location with Akumal and Tulum to the south and Playa del carmen and Cancun to the north. Group and individual tours of the Mayan ruins, Cenotes (fresh water swimming holes), snorkeling, river floating, jungle zip lines and more are available. We have many options to choose from.
