Villa Del Mar D-105 is a 2 bedroom/ 2.5 Bath ground floor condo offering the perfect vacation spot for kids and parents. An ample, fully equipped kitchen makes whipping up some snacks, lunches or dinners a breeze. The informal dining area will seat eight if needed, but dining outside is the way to go.

The living room is very comfortably furnished with plush couches, bamboo chairs and pillows. A large flat screen TV/ USA satellite can keep the kids occupied during the heat of the afternoon. Screened sliding glass doors lead to the patio which has a shaded dining table for 6 and a private Jacuzzi. The combination views of the lush landscaping, royal palms, huge pool and Caribbean Sea really seem to make guests feel welcome.

The master bedroom has a King size bed, satellite TV, large closets/dressing areas and a private bath. The second guest bedroom is furnished with two Queen Beds and a set of two bunk beds, satellite TV and private bath. There is also a 1/2 bath with a washer/dryer.

The landscaped grounds at Villa Del Mar offer two very large pools, tennis courts and about one acre of private lawn. The private beach has lounge chairs and shade providing "Palapas" and palm trees. Beach service (food and beverages) can be obtained from the Omni hotel waiters from the beach "Cabana" bar located just next door. Fatima Bay offers wonderful snorkeling, swimming, walking and just plain old relaxing.

The village is a short walk down the sandy beach. With a number of restaurants, shops, activities and central marina, Puerto Aventuras has so much to offer. Safe for kids to be out on their own yet quiet enough for adults to relax.
