A fully equipped kitchen with appliances, cooking utensils, microwave, dishwasher and full sized refrigerator enables guests to prepare any type of meal with ease for up to eight people. A wide island between the kitchen and TV area has four full sized bar chairs for breakfast or watching the bartender stir up some refreshing beverages. Beyond the kitchen is a large living area with a super comfortable wrap around couch and reading chair. This area opens to the TV area with more seating, a 46 inch flat panel TV, American Dish Satellite, CD stereo and wireless internet. There is also an indoor dining room with seating for six.

Moving on to the large outdoor terrace that looks out to the ocean there is a double recliner, dining table for six, gas BBQ grill and a Jacuzzi. The view from here can't be beat at sunrise, sunset or any time of the day.

Both of the two ocean view master suites each have a king size bed, large closets/dressing areas and private baths. The 3rd bedroom has two queen size beds, plenty of closet space, a private bath and views of the Marina. There is also a 1/2 bath with a washer/dryer. Elevator service to all floors in E building, this condo is equipped with everything to make your stay enjoyable!

The landscaped grounds offer two very large pools, tennis courts and about one acre of private lawn. The private beach has lounge chairs and shade providing "Palapas" and palm trees. Beach service (food and beverages) can be obtained from the Omni hotel waiters from the beach "Cabana" bar located just next door.

The village is a short walk down the sandy beach. With a number of restaurants, shops, activities and central marina, Puerto Aventuras has so much to offer. Safe for kids to be out on their own yet quiet enough for adults to relax.
