Walking through into the living and dining room you will be mesmerized by the amazing views that greet you, the infinity swimming pool overlooks the blue caribbean ocean. The house, designed by the owners is a master piece!... with original hacienda features, unique ornaments and wonderful Mexican art. Upstairs there are 3 sumptuous ocean front suites with walk out to a huge terrace that stretches the entire length of the property. Enjoy an ocean front massage, a cocktail by the pool or just relax in luxurious surroundings. The Hacienda del Mar villa staff are on hand to make sure your every wish comes true.
From the villa you can step right onto the white sandy palm fringed Fatima Bay beach. The snorkeling from the beach is fantastic, you will see bright colored fishes and if you are lucky maybe a turtle! The villa is very close to the center of Puerto Aventuras, which is located around a marina where you'll find Dolphin Discovery, international restaurants, grocery stores, boutiques and post office. There is also a Golf course, tennis facilities and skate board park close-by. Puerto Aventuras is conveniently located to take advantage of the many places to visit in the area, including Mayan Ruins, Cenotes, stunning beaches, Eco parks Xcaret, Xelha and dive the beautiful Caribbean or cenotes.
