The entrance opens to the spacious living and dining area, with an open plan gourmet kitchen with 15 ft. ceilings that really give this villa a special feeling. The kitchen is detailed with custom mahogany cabinetry and blue and white talavera tiling, the hall and living area walls are dotted with interesting original art. The French doors open out to the ocean side swimming pool, sun deck and covered terrace. Next stop is the beautiful Caribbean ocean, that on particular days can be mesmerizing.

This is a two level home. The living room, dining area with formal dining table for ten, fully equipped kitchen, guest bedroom with king bed and full guest bath are on the lower level. A queen bed casita is also ground level. The second floor contains the master bedroom with a king bed and private bath as well as the other guest room with king size bed and private bath. Both suites have ocean views.
