The 1000 sq. ft., 180 degree view, wraparound terrace overlooking the Caribbean Sea and private Quinta Luna beach immediately draws you outside and the realization of a Mexican vacation begins! There is a Palapa covered built in stone dining table with seating for ten that beckons for family gatherings, gastronomic feasts and laughter. A conveniently located outdoor bar enables you to mix Margaritas to Martinis without missing any of the action. Nine hand cut stone privacy arches, numerous palms, planted flowers, two hammocks, sun loungers, turquoise water and a view of Cozumel will leave your party hard pressed to go anywhere else!
Back inside off the terrace is a domed brick cupola ceiling ready for the chef in the group. All the modern conveniences are here including a dishwasher, wine cooler, disposal, microwave, six burner cook top, small appliances, cutlery, and more. Or if you choose, use the outdoor BBQ grill to master all the incredible foods Mexico has to offer. The indoor dining room will seat six, but more likely than not you will find yourselves dining al fresco. In house chef services are also available for an extra charge.
The indoor living area has comfortable couches, satellite TV, VCR/DVD player, video library, CD player and a Bose stereo system that also extends to the terrace.
The three domed brick ceiling bedrooms on the main floor are stunning. All have full baths with the master bath composed of hand cut stone in Roman style. The master has an ocean view and the two guest rooms have garden and lagoon views. All are zoned separately with mini-split air conditioners, as is the rest of the penthouse.
The fourth bedroom is located two floors below, has A/C, a full bath and a separate entrance. This is a great option for the teenagers in your group or a nanny.
Maid service is also available for as many visits as you wish for an additional cost of 200 pesos per visit.
