The living and dining area have gorgeous views of the aqua blue Caribbean ocean. A large patio off the living room stretches all the way to the master bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar has all you need and more for preparing traditional Mexican feasts or simple snacks. There is a large outdoor dining table and a wet bar, you can draw straws to see who has the tedious task of mixing the next round of drinks! Enjoy mornings, lunches and evenings dining outdoors and admiring the stunning views, or visit some of the local restaurants.

The ocean front master suite has ensuite bath. Two further guest suites also have ensuite bath and each with 2 queen beds. Sunrises on the Mayan coast are particularly breathtaking and the sandy white beach is at the doorstep of this 3 bedroom vacation home.

The Puerto Aventuras marina is close by and has many international restaurants, boutiques, grocery stores, ATM, dive stores, Dolphin Discovery. Golf and tennis facilities are a short walk from the condo. Puerto Aventuras is conveniently located to take advantage of the many places of interest to visit along the Riviera Maya coast, the Tulum and Coba ruins, beautiful white sandy beaches, cenotes (sink holes), Eco Parks Xcaret and Xelha, Akumal, Playa Del Carmen and so much more.
