The spacious living and dining areas have gorgeous views of the aqua blue Caribbean ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, oven, microwave, full sized refrigerator and a dishwasher. There is a two tiered dividing breakfast bar between the kitchen and the dining room that has tall wicker bar chairs. The indoor dining set has plenty of space for everyone at mealtimes.

Comfortable, over-sized wicker furniture makes up the ocean view living room. A flat screen television with satellite service, DVD player and CD music system makes you feel right at home. Wireless Internet is also available if anyone should need it.

A large patio off the living room stretches all the way to the master bedroom. The sliding glass doors are pocket style, meaning they retract all the way into the walls, really bringing the outside in. There is a large outdoor dining table with seating for six, and a teak lounger. Enjoy mornings, lunches and evenings dining outdoors and admiring the stunning views, or visit some of the local restaurants. This penthouse also has a roof top solarium with a wet bar.

The ocean front master suite has a king bed, plenty of closet space and an en suite bath. Two further guest suites also have en suite baths and each with 2 double beds. The entire condo is air conditioned and has ceiling fans as well. The half bath is equipped with a washer/dryer available for guest use.

A beachfront pool has sun loungers and the beach has shade palapas, palm trees and loungers.

The Puerto Aventuras marina is a five minute walk down the beach and has many international restaurants, boutiques, small grocery stores, ATM, dive stores, Dolphin Discovery, golf and tennis facilities are a short walk from the condo. Puerto Aventuras is conveniently located to take advantage of the many places of interest to visit along the Riviera Maya coast, the Tulum and Coba ruins, beautiful white sandy beaches, cenotes (fresh water sink holes), Eco Parks Xcaret and Xel Ha, Akumal, Playa Del Carmen and so much more.
