Ideal for multi family vacations. This gated secured community of Playacar (phase 1) is less than a 5-minute walk to downtown Playa Del Carmen and the house is less than 50 footsteps from the beach. There are two master suites, one of them on the main level with the living room, and private access to swimming pool, The other master suite is upstairs very large and is just incredible, there is a seating area and office in the upstairs master suite that includes a Trundle Bed that turns into a nice double bed (in case you have a child that wants to stay close to mom and dad), Large gourmet kitchen, dining room, and large covered porch and pool (all with wonderful views of the Caribbean Sea).
