This two bedroom condo is very quiet and filled with the relaxing comforts you enjoy at home. A full kitchen, laundry room, master with king bed, bedroom with 2 double beds, large veranda, living room with plenty of seating, Satellite T.V, and etc... Families will love this condo because of it's spacious living areas allowing for everyone to enjoy their space. The veranda that is shown looks out over the courtyard and you also have a glimpse of some Mayan ruins. It is in a beach front building on the second(top) floor but it faces a huge green courtyard. This is probably one of the quietest condos you can find that is only steps from the beach. We have recently added some upgrades to the condo, including two wall safes large enough for any valuables you would like to secure. It is located above Sr. Frogs, although the condos receive very little to no noise from the restaurant, right next to the ferry that goes to Cozumel on the south end of 5th Avenue.
