How would you like to go downstairs and be just steps from the beautiful turquoise ocean? This condo also has a nice beach feel to it. It is decorated in beach blue with a comfortable living area. There is a TV with cable. The couch folds out to make a queen bed in case somebody wants to share the cost of the condo but not the bed. The bedroom is large with a king-size bed. The kitchen has utensils for light cooking and a microwave for something quick. The veranda has a nice view over the courtyard and is perfect for morning coffee. The full washer and dryer makes packing for long trips very light. And it is near all the shopping and dining in Playa del Carmen. It is very quiet, for those of you who come to Playa to rest, but want to be near all the action and restaurants!

It is located above Sr. Frogs, although the condos receive very little to no noise from the restaurant, right next to the ferry that goes to Cozumel on the south end of 5th Avenue.
