| Villa del Mar sits on a slice of some of the best real estate in Puerto Aventuras. Centrally located on Fatima Bay, it also has the widest part of the beach directly in front of the property. The U shaped complex faces the ocean and consists of five buildings, three to four stories in height, for a total of seventy two units. Buildings A and C are the closest to the ocean, with E and B buildings set a bit farther back, and E building anchors the curve of the U. Building E is the only four story building and is the farthest from the ocean, but the views from the upper level units are astounding. Building E also has an elevator providing easy access to upper floor units.
The zero entry pool, set amongst the beautifully landscaped tropical gardens, is huge and has multiple sections to give it a feel of more than one pool. Beyond that, towards the beach, is a private sandy beach with Coconut palms, shade palapas and sun loungers for guest use only. The Omni hotel beach bar, Pina Colada, is conveniently located right next door and the servers are happy to deliver food and drinks to guests of Villa del Mar.
The condos themselves are individually owned and range from two to four bedrooms, single floor to three floors with varying degrees of ocean views. Furnishings include but are not limited to full kitchens, laundry rooms, air conditioning, satellite TV, granite and marble countertops, marble flooring, and furnished terraces/patios with water views.
