| Located just inside the gated community of Puerto Aventuras, Villas Talia sits nestled on a hill overlooking a tropical jungle. Parrots, Yucatan Jays, Chachalacas, Orioles, hummingbirds and more all make their home here and the morning birdsong is like a soft symphony.
The two story building is made up of 16 units, one and two bedrooms each, most of which are second homes to international citizens. Sol Maya offers two units here, the rest are sparsely occupied at various times of the year. Town and the beach are a 10 minute walk along a tree lined path that parallels the 10th hole of the golf course. Golf carts and bicycles are available for rental as a second option for getting around.
Rental units all have quality furnishings, full kitchens, air conditioning, satellite TV, granite and marble countertops, domed cupola brick ceilings, and Saltillo tile terraces. The pool is Venetian style and deep, so it stays cool even in the summer.
