Casa Coral is one of the newest properties on gorgeous Jade Bay, one mile south of the town of Akumal. The private complex of 4 high end condos sits directly on the beach, each boasting private terraces and private swimming pools. All the vacation homes have a spacious open plan kitchen, dining area and living area with sliding doors that lead out to the oceanfront terraces.

The kitchens are finished with solid granite countertops and a breakfast bar with seating for 3, a large oven and stove, and American sized fridge/freezer. The dining area features a glass dining table with seating for 6, plenty of space for indoor dining. The comfortable living area with large L shaped sofa and flat screen satellite TV is just beyond the dining area. The living area also features an Ipod/USB media docking station for listening to your favorite music, and a half bathroom for your convenience.

From the living room, walk out through the full length sliding doors on to your private terrace with a private pool, accented with sun loungers and a shaded dining table for four. The perfect spot for relaxation and family meals. Just a few steps further and you are on the beach!

On the main floor there are 2 bedrooms. The oceanfront master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and has a large ensuite bathroom with twin vanity, bathtub and shower. The guest bedroom faces the lush Mayan jungle to the west and is furnished with 2 single beds. This bedroom also has its own private bathroom with shower. The second floor units (3 BR) have the same configuration only with a second oceanview master bedroom with a King bed and private bathroom.

Each condo is centrally air conditioned, features WiFi internet and maid service 6 days per week. Casa Coral has four units, 2 down and 2 up. They all have the same amenities and same decorative style.

Outside there are kayaks for exploring the bay. Jade bay has superb snorkeling as the reef comes very close to the shore. This Condo is located on a beautiful Caribbean beach in the heart of Jade Bay, it is an easy walk down the beach to the village of Akumal with all of its amenities, restaurants and bars (approx. 1 mile).

Jade Bay beach is also a nesting area for 2 species of endangered sea turtles. If you are here during the summer and fall months, please be respectful of marked nests and hopefully you will be lucky enough to see a mama lay her eggs or a nest hatch. Please do not use bright lights at night or flash photography.

The owners of Casa Coral have finished this beautiful property to a very high standard, and also provide a refreshing welcome basket of fruit and drinks for your arrival. For small families, groups of friends, or even for large groups who would Iike to rent the whole building, Casa Coral is a high quality choice!

The town of Akumal is located just 30 minutes south of Playa del Carmen where you will find a lively nightlife, a wide selection of restaurants and larger stores such as WalMart, Sam's Club, Mega and Soriana. Also nearby are popular attractions such as the Mayan village at Coba, the ruins of Tulum, Xel Ha, Xcaret, Zipline tours, golf and ATV jungle tours, to name just a few.
