Located in Playacar Phase 1 with over 125 feet of white sand frontage on the beach, this wonderful villa offers up incredible views of the ocean throughout the house. Casa Farjari blends a unique combination of luxury, privacy and amazing beach front access that leaves guests breathless. Indoor/outdoor living and dining spaces with incredible views and quality furnishings will make for a wonderful vacation experience in this tropical paradise locals refer to as "playa".
Upon entering the home through the grand, hand carved front entrance doors, travelers are greeted to an open style floor plan and the blue of the Caribbean Sea beaming in through the all glass beachside wall. To the left is a spacious living room with large, comfortable seating and a huge flat panel TV. To the center is the dining room with a grand, family style rectangular hardwood table and plenty of seating for the whole group. The living room and dining room share a high, back lit, vaulted ceiling of intricate brick work, known as "cupola style". To the right is the large and well equipped kitchen with a center island and an oversized breakfast nook area. Zone controlled air conditioning and ceiling fans will keep the Villa cool on even the warmest days when the Caribbean breezes are at bay. A mix of marble, tropical hardwoods and dry set stone work provide a perfect backdrop for the entire interior.
There are seven bedrooms, with five that have King Beds. The oceanfront master has an ensuite bath, beautiful stonework, flat panel TV, and a private terrace that is gorgeous. The other two King bedrooms have private baths, TV's, plenty of closest space and quality linens. The fourth bedroom is made up of two Queen Beds, a shared bath and plenty of closet space. The fifth bedroom is a bit smaller and at the back of the house. It has two Twin Beds and an exterior bath. The twins can be made into a king, or left alone for the kids to share the room.
Outside on the beach side is a covered terrace that runs the length of basically the entire house. There is a dining area, plenty of loungers, shade umbrellas, and yes, the infinity pool that ends at the beach and seems to meld with the sea. Need we say more?
The international city of Playa del Carmen is a 10 minute walk down the beach. There one can find a plethora of restaurants the range from cheap street eats to uber gourmet. 5th Avenue, the open air shopping mall, comes alive in the late afternoon and into the night. There is shopping, street vendors, performers, clubs, dancing, local watering holes and of course, the beach. For those who want to do some exploring in the area there is plenty to do. Take a ferry ride out of Playa del Carmen to Cozumel for the day, play golf at one of the many nearby golf clubs, go for a jungle ATV ride, zipline, swim in cenotes and more!

Located a bit closer to Cancun, yet miles away, Playa (as it is affectionately known) is quite a popular destination for those seeking a cosmopolitan town that is tranquil and brushed with Mayan culture. It is a veritable "melting pot" of European, American and Canadian residents/travelers along with Mayan/Spanish inhabitants.
